We understand that circumstances may arise which may require registered attendees to cancel their participation. In such instances refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
No refund of accommodation will be applicable under any circumstances.
All refunds will be processed 45 days after the completion of the conference. Please note that any bank transfer fees or currency conversion fees associated with the refund will be deducted from the refund amount.
Conference registration and ISA membership mandatory for quiz participation and paper/poster presentation.
One person can register for one workshop.
Registration for the conference is not compulsory to register in workshop.
Students (Letter from HOD/Teacher required).
Registration cannot be transferred to any other person.
Organizer will not be responsible for any mailers or information delivery failure in case the incomplete registration form or incorrect details.
For accompanying persons below 6 Years, registration is free.
